Legend of the Donkey
Many, many years ago, God used a little donkey to carry Mary to Bethlehem where Jesus would be born in a stable and lay in a manger.
Then, many years later, a donkey would carry Jesus --- as an adult --- to Jerusalem where He would die upon the cross to free us from our sins.

Poem of the Donkey
A brave little donkey
carried Mary and her babe;
That night was born our Savior
in a manger He did lay.
God bless the little donkey
and the journey that He made;
For he played a major role
so humankind can be saved.
