Imagine a New Normal

Most of us have become so conditioned to suffering that we believe it is normal, along with illness, deprivation and a sense of isolation. But Jesus had a different view of how the world worked. He wanted us to understand that we always have the power to expand our definition of what is acceptable. That is where faith coupled with vision comes in. Because we have faith in a loving, all-sustaining God, we can start entertaining a different concept --- even in the face of bleak circumstances and seemingly insurmountable odds.
Before any of us can make changes in our lives, we must have FAITH. Once we recognize that there is more to life than the hardships to which we have resigned ourselves, we begin to see that life can be good. We realize that the pain and suffering we experience may be the facts in the moment, but they don't have to be our standard.
Luke 1:30 The angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God."
